Return and Refund Policy

Should you need to return your Radiant MD Skincare product, please follow the instructions below: 
  • Ensure your product is eligible to be returned. 
  • Only items purchased from radiantmdskincare.com can be returned to radiantmdskincare.com. Items purchased in an Authorized Radiant MD Skincare Professional’s office, or elsewhere, must be returned to their original point of purchase. 
  • Product returns and/or refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Expired products are ineligible for return/refund. 
  • Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple return/refund requests. If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed Radiant MD Skincare has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
Postage Costs Refund Policy
Will you refund my postage costs to return an item? 
We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance: 
  • If we sent you the wrong item
  • If the item is damaged or faulty
  • Where you are returning a substitute item which you do not want to keep 
We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 
We will not refund postage costs to return any item due to reported damage or fault where no error was found in the testing process. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.
