When will I get my order?
Orders are typically prepared within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery may take an additional few business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please keep in mind that holidays and busy shipping periods may occasionally cause delays.

What is your return policy
Returns & Refunds
At Radiant MD, we take pride in offering thoughtfully selected skincare and personal care products. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preferences, or products that have been opened or used.
Once products leave our facility, we cannot verify how they have been stored, handled, or used, which means we cannot safely resell them.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives with a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to make it right!
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@radiantmdskincare.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected product.
Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund for the affected product, depending on availability and your preference. You will not be required to pay return shipping for an approved claim.
Please note that minor cosmetic damage to the outer shipping box does not qualify for a refund if the product itself arrives safely and in good condition.
Skin Sensitivities & Reactions
We understand that everyone's skin is unique, and even carefully formulated products may not be suitable for every skin type.
If you experience an unexpected reaction, please discontinue use and reach out to us. As a brand founded by a licensed esthetician, we're happy to help you better understand your skincare routine, product ingredients, and possible sensitivities.
Although we cannot guarantee refunds for individual skin reactions, we review concerns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a thoughtful solution.
Are your products cruelty free?
Yes! At Radiant MD, we believe beauty should be kind to animals. We prioritize cruelty-free skincare and work with manufacturing partners committed to ensuring their products and ingredients are not tested on animals.
Are your products natural or organic?
Many of our products are formulated with naturally derived ingredients, including ingredients from organic farming. 🌿
Select formulas are certified COSMOS NATURAL or COSMOS ORGANIC by ECOCERT, reflecting recognized standards for natural and organic cosmetics.
While not every product is certified organic, we're committed to transparency and thoughtfully selecting formulas that prioritize quality, skin health, and responsible ingredient choices.
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan-friendly! 🌿 However, a few products, including our Keratin Haircare Collection and Scalp Scrub contain animal-derived ingredients such as keratin from sheep's wool.
Does this mean they're not cruelty-free? Not at all! Vegan and cruelty-free mean two different things. Vegan refers to whether a product contains animal-derived ingredients, while cruelty-free refers to animal testing.
Our manufacturing partner confirms that the keratin used in our haircare products comes from ethically sourced sheep's wool and is obtained through regulated sourcing practices that prioritize sustainability.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are suitable for sensitive skin! 🤍 We thoughtfully select our formulas with different skin types and concerns in mind, including those prone to dryness, redness, and sensitivity.
However, everyone's skin is unique, and even gentle ingredients may cause reactions. We always recommend performing a patch test before introducing a new product into your routine, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin.

Is your packaging recyclable?
