When will I get my order?

The total time it takes to receive your order is referred to as the delivery time, which includes both fulfillment time and shipping time.

Fulfillment time is the time needed to prepare your order and depends on the number of products purchased:

1 to 20 products: 2 full working days

Shipping time is the time it takes for the package to travel from our facility to your delivery address. This varies depending on the shipping carrier and may be affected by holidays or peak shipping periods.

What is your return policy

Due to the nature of our products, which are made with organic ingredients and crafted in small, fresh batches specifically for our spa partners, we are unable to accept returns. Each order is carefully prepared to maintain purity, quality, and safety, and once delivered, products cannot be resold.

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue as soon as possible so we can take appropriate action. To file a claim, contact us at info@radiantmdskincare and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Are products cruelty free?

Yes. At Radiant MD skincare, we believe beauty should always be cruelty-free. Our products are not tested on animals and never will be.

Are the products vegan?

All of our products compositions are 100% vegan and carefully created using natural aromatic substances, without phosphates or synthetic preservatives.
