Due to hygiene and safety standards, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Eligibility for Returns
✔ Returns are accepted only for damaged or faulty products.
✔ Any damaged or faulty item must be reported as soon as possible after delivery to allow us to take appropriate action.
✔ Photo evidence of the issue is required for all claims.
✔ Only products purchased directly from radiantmdskincare.com are eligible.
✔ Items purchased from an Authorized Radiant MD Skincare Professional or other retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase.
✔ Opened, used, or intentionally altered products are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
✔ For approved damaged or faulty items, Radiant MD will cover the return shipping costs.
✔ Customers must contact support and receive instructions before sending any return.
Refunds & Replacements
✔ Approved returns may qualify for a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
✔ Shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to an error or fault on our end.
