Lost or Damaged Packages

- For damaged items, include photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve claims but cannot guarantee reimbursement for lost or damaged packages.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. Radiant MD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply.
