Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Radiant MD, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for canceling purchases made through our platform.

Cancellation Window

  • Customers may cancel their purchase within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and customers will need to follow our Return Policy.

Cancellation After Shipment

If an order has been shipped before the cancellation request is processed:

  • The customer is responsible for covering shipping fees associated with the delivery and return of the product.
  • A 2.3% credit card processing fee will also be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction costs.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product or canceling an unshipped order. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please be aware some banks or cards may take some time to show the money in your account
